About the University Club
With its modern aesthetic and location in the heart of the city centre, the University Club is the newest addition to the OUEV portfolio, and an ideal venue for team away days, small meetings, and larger corporate or private social gatherings and dining.
We have two enclosed rooms for hire; The Frost Room and The Studio, along with our flexible spaces; The Lounge, and our Bar Café & Terrace. In addition, there are on site sports pitches, gym facilities and bedrooms all of which can be booked in conjunction with your event to give your guests a complete experience.
Situated on Mansfield Road, in central Oxford, the University Club is a stones throw from the Examination Schools and Sheldonian Theatre, (along with many other University and College venues) and makes a great informal venue for post event mingling.

How to find us

Train - Oxford railway station is approximately 1.5 miles away. A taxi journey should take approximately 10 minutes. Bikes (including electric ones) and e-scooters can be hired at the train station or around the city.
Bus - The nearest bus stop and airport bus stops are located on the High Street around a ten minute walk from the University Club. Information about buses in the city can be found here.
Car - There is no car parking on site so we recommend using the park and ride system. Alternatively car parks are available across the city. The nearest one is the Westgate.

Please note if you are a member of University or College staff and would like to make a room booking during the hours of 09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday, you can do so directly with the University Club Reception team. Please contact reception@club.ox.ac.uk to make your enquiry.
