Hosting an event at an OUEV venue, in the heart of Oxford, is an exciting and enjoyable experience. Our team are the link between you, our venues and our services; coordinating all your requirements to produce the perfect event. 

With five venues and over thirty indoor or outdoor spaces to chose from, there is something for any kind of event. Our flexible venue hire options ensure you can meet in a way that's right for you, whether that is a large, multi room conference, a week of smaller events, an evening celebration or a single meeting room. 

Our team work closely with you, the event organiser, to bring your vision to life and ensure everything at the venue runs smoothly both on the lead up too, and the day of, the event. We include the following must-have services as part of the OUEV experience and offer optional extras to add on if you wish. 

We know the little extras can set your event apart from the crowd. Enhance your event and venue experience with additional services coordinated by us and provided by our trusted, local Oxford suppliers or, choose your own.
