The most senior energy event in Europe held at the Examination Schools

Providing a unique setting at the Examination Schools for the Aurora Spring Forum which brings together more than 300 energy executives and senior decision makers in Europe.

Organised by Oxfordshire based Hewick Events, the Aurora Spring forum has been quoted as being the 'Davos of the Energy Industry'. The conference provides a full day of thought provoking analysis, debate and networking around a range of different annual topics. The organisers choose the Examination Schools as it has the capacity to host more than 300 delegates on an exclusive basis and its 14 meeting rooms provide flexible and inspiring spaces for break-outs and networking.

We worked closely with the organisers to ensure all logistical arrangements were in place and provided a variety of sumptuous catering options from lunches to an evening drinks and canapé reception.

"Incredibly beautiful venue, friendly staff and a really organised team. It's a great location within walking distance of the train station and unique to any other venue"

Amy Hewick, Founder Hewick Events
