A multi-site conference using several OUEV venues

Held every two years this conference brought together academics and health and social care providers to explore ways to improve care quality.

Keen to accommodate a large number of guests, the organisers chose to hold a daily plenary session in the Sheldonian Theatre while using the nearby Examination Schools for catering and multiple break-out sessions. 

We worked with them to ensure that the transfer of guests from one site to another was smooth and speedy while guests from one venue site to another whilst guests enjoyed the spectacular settings and facilities of these two iconic University buildings.
