Our Favourites: 

• Beetroot Carpaccio with smoked sunflower seed cream & pickled rhubarb 

• Stuffed Romano Pepper with quinoa & sumac yoghurt 

• Beef Fillet with seasonal greens, baby courgettes, shallot purée & light red wine jus 

• Dark Chocolate & Olive Oil Mousse with sea salt & honeycomb 

The menu caters for a wide range of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options. Each dish is created with the same care and attention to detail, ensuring that every guest can enjoy a refined dining experience. Should any guest have a specific requirement not listed, our catering team are on hand to adapt or create new dishes.
